If you are interested in booking a Preserving Party, please use the "Contact Me" form on the home page of my website to find out about my availability and/or creating a custom class to suit your needs.

The following information might answer some questions you have about my Preserving Parties:

Price per person depends on what we make. If we make 2 items, it's $50 per person, unless it's something expensive to source, but that would be the exception. That class would run 2 hours. Everyone gets a jar or bottle of each thing we make.

If we make 3 things it's $65 per person and that class would run 2-3 hours.

(To book a Preserving Party, I require a minimum of 6 guests, please.)

I am extremely well-organized and bring everything* we'll need for the class.

What I bring to a Preserving Party:

    • Equipment & supplies
    • Fresh produce (and any other ingredients we will need for each recipe
    • Bottles and/or jars
    • A printout of recipes we make
    • Labels and packaging ideas
    • Delicious samples of other things I've made (for inspiration)
    • Decades of experience
    • A sense of humor
    • And a great attitude

Bonus: I'm a Certified Master Food Preserver, and I'm going to give you the confidence you need to learn to preserve.

But wait...there's more! If you host the Preserving Party, I discount your class fee by 50% AND bring a couple of wonderful hostess gifts for you from my own personal pantry.

WARNING: My passion for preserving is contagious.

*Guests will need to provide their own apron. Everyone seems to have their own favorite style.
